Services regarding works of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board, the Annual General Meeting, preparation of applications to the National Court Register, supervision over equity changes in the Company and over the company documentation (register of shares, minutes, resolutions, etc.). Preparation and evaluation of standard commercial contracts, international commercial contracts and non-standard contracts of a great significance to the Company. Participation in negotiations. Preparation of the Company’s documentation specifying its legal status towards its contractors.

Services regarding human resources

Evaluation of human resources related issues, preparation of documents regulating employment issues (regulations, agreements, etc.), preparation of draft changes in standard employment contracts and in contracts of a special significance to the Company, development of procedures regarding changes in employment (group layoffs, changes in working conditions and remuneration, etc.).

Services to Companies as organizational units

Preparation and evaluation of documents regarding the Company’s internal organization (rules of order, decisions of the Company’s authorities, complaint procedures, enforcement procedures, contracts, etc.).

Services to Companies regarding customer complaints and insurance

Evaluation of complaints submitted by the wronged parties and claims from subcontractors, evaluation of insurance contracts concluded by the Company, participation in negotiations with insurers as regards the contracts concluded by the Company, representation of the Company in disputes with the insurer.

Services in court cases

Court cases regarding contractual receivables and other receivables, representation of the Company in suits filed by contractors and employees.

Cases before state authorities and local authorities

Representation of the Company before customs and tax authorities in proceedings before issuing decisions and in cases leading to administrative decisions; in cases before local authorities and administrative courts.
